Also included in this latest document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
